How Vitamin C can Boost the Health of your Heart!

Have you seen the news? 

On a website called doctor.ndtv it says about how Vitamin C has been discovered to not only be good for your immunity but also for your Heart Health.

I will link to this article at the bottom of this post but if you don't mind first I am just going to share some information of my own.

So About Vitamin C...




I read an article the other month about how Vitamin C can be used to treat over 30 major diseases.  Dr Kellner in the 1940s used high doses of Vitamin C to consistently cure chickenpox, measles, mumps, tetanus and polio.
Before that, in the 18th Century, it was discovered that sailors that died of scurvy actually had a cure-all along.  Eating fruit such as Oranges and Limes - Vitamin C.

It is actually as if that mainstream healthcare doesn't want people to know this but Vitamin C is very, very good for you.  I myself since reading this have set myself a goal of eating 1 Orange a week.  It might sound silly to some people but if anything I should probably be eating more.
